How should your products be stored?

Our products should be kept in cool, dry places that are out of direct sunlight in order to preserve the potency of the product.

What should I do if any of my product containers arrived unsealed or with the seal broken

If your product is damaged in any way, please do not use it and contact customer success for a resolution.

Will the heat or cold from shipping damage the your products?

Fluctuations in temperature during shipping should not harm the product.

If capsules are opened and put in liquid, are all (or any) of the capsule supplements water soluble?

Not completely, there will be some undissolved particles even when mixed.

Can capsules be opened and added to liquid?

It’s perfectly fine to open a capsule and take the Organixx products in their powdered form.

Will radiation (scanning during shipping/crossing borders) affect this product?

While we understand your concern about your product while it is in transit, it is impossible to know what radiation it may be exposed to during this process and therefore we can not give you a clear answer.
